Supporting children & young people through healing

Play therapy for children and psychotherapy for young people - compassionate, playful & person-centred

Tailored support for every age.

I offer Play Therapy for children aged 5+ and Psychotherapy for young people aged 16–21. Whether your child is facing emotional challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or navigating the complexities of adolescence, I create a compassionate and safe space where they can explore their feelings and grow at their own pace.

Play therapy for children

A safe therapeutic environment

In my Play Therapy sessions, I create a space where your child feels accepted, safe, and validated.

Play is the language of children, and through therapeutic play, they can express their feelings when words aren't enough.

This evidence-based approach helps your child heal, grow, and thrive - at their own pace. Each child is unique, and the process takes time, but it’s all part of the healing journey.

Empathy & understanding

As we build a therapeutic relationship, we’ll explore your child’s everyday challenges in a way that feels natural and supportive.

Play Therapy isn’t just about playing; it’s about giving your child the space to process their emotions and begin the healing process in a way that feels safe and comfortable for them.

Supporting teens & young adults through change

Adolescence can be a difficult and confusing time, filled with emotional ups and downs, changing identities, and pressure from all directions.

I offer a safe, respectful space where teenagers feel heard, understood and accepted — just as they are. Using a Person-Centred Approach grounded in empathy, trust and compassion, I help young people explore their feelings, express themselves freely, and build the confidence to face life’s challenges.

Therapy gives them the opportunity to find their voice, feel validated, and begin to heal in their own time and way.

Adolescence can be tough - I’m here to listen.

Healing begins here.

Every child and young person deserves a safe space to be heard. Whether through Play Therapy or Psychotherapy, I’m here to support your child’s emotional well-being, helping them build resilience, strength, and hope for the future.
